Hours of Business

Monday to Friday,11am to 7pm or sometimes it might be10am to 10pm.
Except that some days nobody is here at 11am but the answering machine, email and the fax are here to receive your inquiries (unless they aren't switched on).
We always reply to messages the minute it is convenient for us to do so. Of course these are days when no one is here, either we've forgotten' or it's Christmas Day, or we've only just gone home from yesterday.
We try always to be here when anyone brings in chocolate Eclairs, jam doughnuts or other cakes. Lately we've been in every day, all day. Also some nights, all night Those are times when we open at 5 or 6 in the morning and by mid afternoon we are still here, looking wide awake, but secretly asleep.
In fairness to you our customers, we would suggest you would be alert if we seem unduly friendly, helpful or co-operative.
As these are the times when our hours of business have extended to 24 hours or even 36 hours per day. (or we have not eaten a jam doughnut
for an hour or two)
On these occasions, we are open, we are present, we talk to you and answer the telephone but all this is animation is a front. Our Brains have been transplanted into never never land where deficits of cream cakes simply do not exist
and where doughnuts grow on trees
