Glossary: Translations of common terms and phrases. Latest NewsWe have noticed that there seems to be a lot of speculation in the newsgroups regarding our upgrade policy. Bulbyonder would like to make it clear to all users of our system, both Bayonet & Edison Screw that the planned changes will make the service better for everyone. Gamers in particular will notice, that ping times ( thats the time it takes for the bulb to go PING when you flick the switch ) will be reduced considerably. To further set our service apart from all of the other companies out there, when we do upgrade to Edison Screw bulbs, they will not be standard bulbs. All Bulbyonder bulbs will be LEFT HAND THREAD. Users wishing to network our bulbs, may be interested to know that there will be a special version of the bulbs available for them. These will burn at twice the brightness of our standard bulbs. Bulbyonder Worklight will also be available to business users. Ugrades at Bulbyonder HQ in Woking, will mean that several servers, including fused.bulbyonder.co.uk & blown.bulbyonder.co.uk will also be upgraded. This will result in a minor outage accross the Bulbyonder network. Bulbyonder would like to appologise for any inconvenience caused. Well, we'ed LIKE to appologise, but we're not going to.
